Taahirah is a Muslim women’s health platform bringing faith and holistic health guidance together in one ecosystem. Built specifically around the experiences of Muslim women, the platform combines health education, Islamic guidance and technology to support women through menstruation and other stages of womanhood with greater clarity and confidence.

The Problem

Mainstream women’s health and cycle-tracking products are rarely designed around the religious realities of Muslim women. Tracking menstruation can directly affect decisions around salah, fasting, ghusl and other acts of worship, while health and Islamic guidance are often scattered across different sources. Privacy around deeply personal health information adds another layer of importance.

The Solution

Marsoos developed the Taahirah mobile app, bringing health and faith into one purpose-built digital experience. Users can track their cycle with greater precision while receiving guidance aligned with their chosen madhhab, including support around menstruation, purity and irregular bleeding.

Worship planning, prayer and ghusl reminders, missed-fast tracking, symptom insights and expert-informed health and faith resources create a product designed around the Muslim woman as a whole, not simply her cycle.

We are now helping shape Taahirah’s next stage of growth, helping to define the technical roadmap while also developing the strategy for increasing distribution, downloads and adoption across new and existing markets.
